These are two fantastic resources for guide design and CRISPR screens; taking both on-target and off-target activity into account when designing guides!

We are curious how the novel algorithms are going to perform related to modified Cas9 versions such as the eSpCas9(1.1) recently described by Slaymaker et al. (Science 2016. link).
